Digital project manager - Periscope Creations

Managed several web projects for international and national clients such as Michelin, Euromaster, Dorval Asset Management or Ardissa Immobilier. My projects could have various budgets up to 250k€. I had to deal with 5 projects at the same time.

Accompanied the clients in defining their needs and finding the best solutions for their business according to their goals. Moreover, I adapted my speech to the level of digital maturity of the audience and know how to popularize complex concepts.

Created animated and standard prototypes (using Axure) and wrote functional specifications in French and English according to the technical and budgetary constraints. For some intricate points, I made sure of the feasibility of the features.

Outsourced some parts of my projects, picking out and managing subcontractors abroad (in English) as well as in France.

Successfully managed to deliver a corporate oriented website for Michelin in a record period of one month from the customer brief to the launch of the site.

Managed internal planning for the different tech teams. I took care of the good understanding of the briefing and controlled the progress at different milestones.

Drove functional acceptance testing by myself or by a testing team. I applied different procedures permitting a complete and reliable testing. I also accompanied clients in their testings with courses and documents.

Used several CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, etc.) for the content integration and I trained clients in order they get autonomous and be aware of the good practices.

Assured the customer technical support after the launch of the website and suggested improvements.

Monitored permanent technological and UX intelligence.

Took part in a pre-sales tender for Natixis. Our agency achieved final round in competition with big national digital actors. I personally worked on UX and defended the project in semi-final and final.
